**The Role**:
The aim of the role is to lead on strategic talent planning in order to build a pipeline of talent to sustain future business growth.

Reporting to the Group Head of People, this position will be the key source of innovation and expertise in recruitment for the group by pro actively analysing national and industry recruitment trends in order to create and deliver effective solutions tosource talent.

**Skills required**:

- Strategic and creative thinking
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to learn multiple new systems.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to prioritise own workload and have pride in high standards.
