**Lead / Senior AWS DevOps Engineer - Manchester - £85k - AWS**

Avanti Recruitment is working with a leading Client Engagement consultancy in Manchester to recruit a Senior / Lead DevOps Engineer to drive the DevOps process and tooling as part of their technology transformation. This will include improving the security,reliability and performance of their AWS Cloud based platforms, CI/CD pipelines and SRE approach of monitoring and alerting and platform incident management. It is likely you will have good knowledge of Cloud Security and keep abreast of the latest technologiesand DevOps approaches.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will play a lead role in defining their ongoing DevOps strategy, improve the scaleability of their platforms to meet the growing client demand, define and implement incident management processes and improved the efficiencyof their CI/CD pipelines, implement a more robust security controls (SIEM tools, pen testing etc).

To be considered your CV should outline your experience in many of the following:

- AWS cloud platforms
- IAM policies and Configuration
- Cloud Security
- Kubernetes and Docker
- GIT repos
- CI/CD Tools - Jenkins, GitHub Actions etc.
- SonarQube, Fortify

Desirable skills:
Adobe Cloud Manager ,Splunk, Developer background, Salesforce Developer Experience

Location: Manchester - 2 days a week in the office

Duration: Permanent

**Salary**: £70,000 - £85,000 + benefits
