**DEPARTMENT**: Monitoring Station

**HOURS**:4 on/4 off Night Shift 1900-0700 (including weekends/bank holidays etc.)

**VACANCY DETAILS**:We are currently looking for a individuals to join our established Monitoring Centre Team at PARFAS as a Control Room Operator.

You must be committed to punctuality and honesty as well as respectful of all clients and colleagues. The ability to work independently and within a Team Environment is highly desirable.

While experience in a similar role, an SIA CCTV License and experience using Sentinel monitoring software would be beneficial, they are not essential as full training will be given.

**Main Duties**:

- Responding appropriately to CCTV, Intruder, Fire and Personal Attack alarms to ensure that client security is not comprised
- Liaising directly with the client base as well as emergency services and other agencies when required
- Accurately recording events and actions in relation to Incident and Fault reporting in preparation to be sent to the customer/police
- All of these duties are to be undertaken in accordance with the Company Employee Handbook, policies and procedures and the requirements of Client Service Level Agreements

**Person Specification**:

- Ability to work as part of a team
- Computer Literate (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Must have a 5-year checkable work history

**Salary**:
The base salary is £21,000.00 p.a. however, a bonus scheme relating to team results and performance is currently in place. Further details will be given at interview
