Vision for Education are seeking to appoint passionate and dedicated Autism Support Workers, to work within the Gateshead Local Authority.

**About the role**:
As an Autism Support Worker, you will be directly responsible for supporting students within the school, both academically and emotionally. This is a full time Autism Support Assistant role.

**About the school**:
A specialist SEND provision in Gateshead are looking to appoint a Autism Support Worker to work with young people who have a diagnosis of Autism.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Autism Support Worker you will:

- Experience of working with secondary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with Autism
- A passion for education and helping people
- A nurturing and engaging personality

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- Relevant experience
