Experience in a similar cafe style role is essential with willingness to learn new skills such as baking.
**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are made to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and assistance with menu selections.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and support each other in daily tasks.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a café or food service environment is essential.
- Familiarity with food safety practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential.
