**Job Description** Join Our Team at Valeo Foods UK**

Are you handy with tools, passionate about maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and crave the satisfaction of keeping things running smoothly? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you at our Valeo Foods Factory, Gateshead

Working as part of the engineering team to provide effective maintenance and repairs to fabrications throughout the factory.
- Part Time - 22.5 hours per week
- £17,233.92 per annum

Tasks will involve ;
- General site maintenance
- Complete general building maintenance works to an excellent standard
- Floor and wall repairs
- Fixtures and fittings repairs and upgrades
- Decorating improvements
- General plumbing repairs
- Carry out works orders issued by Engineering Manager

**Key Accountabilities**
- Provide a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and repairs to building fabrications.
- Work effective and efficiently to reduce the sites audit action plans.
- For fill any paperwork and jog logs.
- Escalation of any further works required.
- Identification Improvement projects for repetitive problems.

**Qualifications**
Essential
- General maintenance experience and skills
- Previous decorating experience
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems
