Our ethos is simple...."we take the time because it's the little things that matter." **Job Summary**: You will take full responsibility for the running of the Kitchen on the days when the Head Cook is off Duty. You will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and serving of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner along with provision of a selection of drinks and snacks throughout the day and preparation of evening suppers.
