We’re looking for an ambitious and confident sales consultant to join the team at our office in Sheffield.

What’s the job:
You’ll be known as a product consultant at RS Wheels, but your role will be heavily sales focused.

This sales role that gives you permission to be yourself, showcase your amazing customer service skills and enjoy every working day to the full.

As a sales consultant at RS Wheels, you’ll be with customers every step of the way from the moment they enquire to offering a great aftersales experience. This role is about helping our customers find the right service they need and building up a strong, positive relationships with them through every step of the process.

Day to day duties:

- Understanding our services to the max so you can help our customers understand which service they would benefit them the most.
- Providing relevant information and being there for our customers with all the answers.
- Delivering outstanding, 5-star service for every customer - that means going the extra mile for every possible customer.
- Selling the right package to the customer with integrity and professionalism at the top of your list.
- Co-ordinating the booking in diary to keep everything running smoothly.
- Working as part of a dynamic team to make sure deadlines are met and we always make good on our promises.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns.

The skills and qualities you need
- Fantastic communication, organisation and people skills who understands that a positive attitude gets great results.
- An understanding that being organised and remembering the little details helps us to deliver our promises and exceed expectations.
- As happy working on your own initiative as you are in a team.
- Ability to sell products and services.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and digital technologies to enhance communication.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategy and sales reports
