**Overview**
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. Your role is crucial in creating a positive dining experience, and you will work closely with both the kitchen and service teams to maintain high standards of hospitality.
**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, using basic maths skills to process transactions.
- Provide information about menu items and specials, helping guests make informed choices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and waiting areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest requests or concerns.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for customer satisfaction at all times.
- Support team members in various tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
**Skills**
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic maths skills for processing orders and payments accurately.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous.
- Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations is preferred.
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for patrons.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to helping colleagues and contributing positively to team dynamics.

Pay: £11.44-£14.88 per hour
