Care Assistant Twilight and Nights

We are currently recruiting for Twilight Sleep shifts at **The Sands Meadows Care Home in Hest Bank**. The shifts are as follows:
Working from 8pm to 11pm, then sleeping on site until 7am, then working from 7am to 8am, for this you will get paid the 4 hours worked and a £35 allowance for the “sleep” unless you are needed to work then you will get paid your normal hourly rate.
Please note that you must be able to cover the night shift at short notice on some occasions to cover leave.
Previous experience in the care industry is advantageous but not essential. You will receive an induction covering all the basic requirements for your role, as well as on the job support from colleagues and your line manager. We offer a number of Health & Social Care Distance Learning Courses to our employees. We also offer the opportunity to progress within the company and are keen to develop our staff as much as we can.
Due to the nature of this role all applicants must be 18 years or over.
