Here at GXO, we are on the search for a **Team Leader** to join our team in Nottingham on our Virgin Media Contract.

This role would suit someone who has a strong leadership background either within a warehouse setting or other industries such as retail. Customer service is the essential apart of this role

You’ll be working on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 07:00 - 16:00

**A driving license would be required for this role, as on occasions you will need to drive a small work van.**

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of £12.33PH. In addition, we offer 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Daily supervision of a team of operatives and agency staff in the department
- Ensure all the staff are involved in the success of the operation through continual feedback and positive communication
- Prioritise warehouse duties to ensure that the productivity levels and deadlines are achieved
- To ensure that the areas of operational responsibility run in line with plans and are completed on schedule to the standards required by the company and the customer

- Logistics Team Leader experience in a fast-moving environment
- Strong warehouse system experience
- Leadership qualities including the ability to enthuse and motivate
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
