**Faculty PA**

An exciting position has become available for a full-time Faculty PA based at The University of Wolverhampton.

Working in a fast-paced and changing environment, you will be an integral part of a friendly and supportive team that supports senior academic members of the faculty.

The University has an Agile Working Policy and, whilst the office base is at our Walsall Campus, we operate across multiple sites and welcome conversations on how this can work on an individual basis.

**Faculty PA Role Responsibilities**
- Organisation, co-ordination and servicing of Faculty and School committees and meetings
- Co-ordination and support for key Faculty events, including keynote lectures, away days and graduation ceremonies
- Arranging meetings, travel arrangements, catering, and car parking.

**Faculty PARole Requirements**
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Can manage their own workload and deliver to deadlines
- Has the drive to deliver superb customer service
- can deal effectively with a range of people at a senior level, both within the University and with external partners
- Has demonstrable experience in supporting committees, meetings and events
- Has proven excellent administrative, IT, interpersonal and communication skills
- Has experience in dealing with information of a sensitive and confidential nature
