Junior Nutritionist

**The Company**

Fresh Fitness Food is at the cutting edge of Food Technology. We are seeking a passionate and motivated Nutritionist to join our team. This role combines nutrition expertise with client support, aiming to enhance client satisfaction and retention through personalised nutrition guidance and excellent customer service.

**Role Summary**

As a Nutritionist at Fresh Fitness Food, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of the clients’ journey through their nutrition plan by identifying clients’ key nutrition queries, concerns and overall requirements.

You will play a role in the production of educational-based content and the delivery of seminars, to educate clients and prospective clients, and increase brand awareness throughout the city.

You’ll spend a minimum of 10 days per month in our Fulham office, working with a highly motivated and high-performing Client Success team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Nutrition Consultations**: Managing and performing nutrition consultations with current and prospective clients, over the phone, booked online and via the Fresh Fitness Food app. Motivate and encourage clients where appropriate to support progression towards their goals. Ensure they are seeing results and make adjustments to their nutrition plans accordingly.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through personalised nutrition support, consistent engagement and a high level of customer service.
- **Content Creation**:Create engaging content, including blogs, recipes and wellness tips, based on the latest research in nutrition. Work closely with the marketing team to publish content through Shopify and Klaviyo.
- **Events & Education**:Attending events in the city, to improve brand awareness, through delivering nutrition talks, seminars, webinars and workshops across a variety of corporate offices, gyms and studios. Position the brand as a thought leader in the space.
- **Feedback and Continuous Improvement**: Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by seeking and incorporating feedback from clients and staying informed about changes in client needs and expectations.
- **KPIs**: Achieve and exceed team KPIs each quarter.

**About You**
- You are a confident communicator with a proven ability to engage with clients at all levels, offering nutrition advice with a friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
- You have strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset, prioritising client needs while providing goal-oriented nutrition guidance.
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including rapid response to client inquiries, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all nutrition-related information.
- You have experience using CRM systems, with bonus points for familiarity with Intercom, Hubspot, Oracle Service Cloud, or Zendesk.
- You are proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, enabling effective tracking and analysis of client data.
- You are a resilient self-starter with a genuine passion for nutrition, healthy eating, and helping clients achieve their wellness goals.
- You are capable of multitasking efficiently, managing various communication channels simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service.
- You have the ability to work both independently and in a team.

**Requirements**:

- A degree or diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field is essential.
- Experience in a customer service related role is a bonus
- Passion for food, nutrition and an understanding of what’s relevant and what’s faddy in the nutrition space.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
