We are looking for Strong Learning Support Assistants to work one to one or in small groups with children and young people who have challenging behaviour and SEMH.

Are you a resilient Learning Support Assistant with experience working with children with behavioural difficulties?

This role will suit people who have experience working with challenging behaviour or have worked within a Behaviour school setting.

You will be working with KS2 and KS3 students.

This role is to start ASAP and the school is based in the Croydon area.

**Roles and Responsibilities - Learning Support Assistant**:

- supporting students on a 1:1 basis, or in small groups
- concentrating on using different techniques to make sure that each and every pupil achieves their potential.
- Inspiring children to reach their potential.
- Manage challenging behaviour

**The ideal Person for this position will have**:

- Experience/knowledge of supporting young people with SEMH and EBD
- Updated clear DBS
- Great communication skills
- Capability to remain calm.
- Punctual
- Reliable
- A good sense of humour
- To be able to build rapport with children and young people.
