**The Role**

We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator based either in London (Canary Wharf), Grays(Lakeside), Bristol. This role requires a strong communicator. Due to continued growth and the introduction of new brands in the market area, we are seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator to join our Marketing team. Previous experience in vehicle sales administration or a similar role within a dealership environment is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the retail sales team by ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Process vehicle orders, manage vehicle taxation, and assist Retail Managers with finance paperwork and order tracking
- Manage a heavy workload while prioritising tasks effectively
- Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure vehicles are ordered to meet customer specifications
- Arrange the purchase and delivery of vehicles, including setting up and organising PDI and job cards
- Produce invoices and warranty documents, and manage customer records
- Review sales reports and provide administrative support to dealerships
- Maintain the customer lounge area, act as the first point of contact for customers, warmly greeting them as they enter the showroom

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in automotive or dealership administration is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
