**Emtec Building Services**, a nationwide contractor with a highly skilled in-house workforce of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers are actively seeking an experienced **Electrical Supervisor** to join our team in the **Dundee** area working on some interesting projects. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will play a crucial role and be part of our exciting journey.

**The Role**
- Responsible for the delivery of projects from start to finish.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of on-site Operatives and sub-contractors.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of site operations and works.
- Uphold company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures are always implemented and adhered to
- Participate in client meetings involving Consultants, Main Contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site inductions and Toolbox talks and regularly monitor the quality and safe practices of our operatives and sub-contractors.
- Collaborate in planning workload allocation for operative resources.
- Maintain a close working relationship with clients.

**What we are looking for**
- Experience of working on electrical construction projects ideally for an M&E contractor
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office package
- SSSTS Health and Safety qualification.
- Current IER Wiring Regulations BS7671
- Current SJIB Grading Card
