**Position**: Bodyshop Administrator - Part Time (9am - 2pm Mon-Fri)
**Location**: North Oxford Garage, Long Hanborough, Witney OX29 8LA

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the automotive industry? We are looking for a dedicated and professional Bodyshop Administrator to join our dynamic team at North Oxford Garage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily administrative tasks in the bodyshop department
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs, parts, and labor
- Manage customer communication and ensure a high standard of customer service
- Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and insurance companies
- Process invoices, quotes, and payments
- Ensure the smooth operation of the bodyshop by organizing appointments and workflow
- Previous administrative or office experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
