As a Wellbeing Coordinator you’ll play a key role in developing personal activity plans that help every resident live life to the full and live as independently as possible. We understand what matters to our residents and their families, and by buildingtrusted relationships, you’ll understand every resident’s’ past, so you can create a future life in our home that is varied, fulfilling, healthy and enjoyable.

**About the role**

In this role, you’ll balance listening skills with motivational ideas. You’ll listen to the wishes of every resident, the hopes of every family and the health and safety needs of our carers and nurses. You’ll then motivate every resident with a plan thatthey are excited by and inspire the team around you to deliver activities and ideas that bring out the best in the people we passionately care about.

Located in 177 Kingston Hill, Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey KT2 7LX
Day shifts available, full time
£9.50 per hour
