As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, **_Cotswold Outdoor_**_ _**is joined by **_Runners Need_**_ _**and **_Snow + Rock_**_ _**to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability

**How will you make an impact?**

As a Senior Customer Advisor, you’ll be working alongside like-minded people and our ever-growing customer base. Day-to-day you can expect to be:

- Delivering a high level of customer service and mentoring colleagues to embed a customer first approach
- Using key selling skills to maximise sales
- Developing your understanding of the principles of visual merchandising standards and maintaining these across the store
- Performing operational tasks such as picking orders and restocking displays
- Providing customers with a range of specialist services such as boot fits, IMBOX, gait analysis etc
- Developing and maintaining your product knowledge and professional skills using our eLearning system and opportunities provided by our People and Product Development team
- Ensuring a safe and compliant working environment by taking personal responsibility for health and safety and store policies and procedures
- Please note this role is zero hours per week working on a rota basis._

- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- A willingness to learn about all things outdoors

- Base salary of £9.50 per hour (£7.70 for under 21's)
