Job Title: Sales Support Executive

Starting: ASAP

Location: - Central Brighton (hybrid working)

Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 9-5.30

**About your new role**:

- Answering written and over the phone customer queries via their bespoke system
- Handle a high level of calls to ensure their best possible service is maintained
- Manage sales after care customer queries and collaborating with other teams within the business
- Take ownership of a sales caseload through to point of completion (including handle documentation)

**About you**:

- A friendly positive person with a proactive can-do approach to work who enjoys working as part of an enthusiastic team
- Experience providing excellent customer service
- An organised working style with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on your own initiative and manage workload
- Adapt to new processes and systems easily
- Interest in motor industury/cars is beneficial
