**Duties**
- Provide support and assistance to individuals in need, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring hospice or dementia care
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as senior care, nursing home, home care, hospice care, or dementia care is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with behaviour management techniques is a plus
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to adapt to different environments and work well in a team setting
