A leading practice with offices in London and Leeds, this company has just won a significant project that is going to swamp their current team of Revit Technicians. To say that it is huge is something of an understatement
They are looking for two people who are experienced working in the Building Services Revit Technician role on either a staff or long term freelance basis to be based in their Leeds office for hybrid working.
Project wise, the large scheme is a commercial job while they also have a range of commercial, retail and education works on the go - so whatever you are used to working on as a Building Services Revit Technician, they have something to offer.
Naturally you will need to be fluent in the art of using Revit to update, modify and create Revit models and be comfortable dealing with large schemes that are highly coordinated.
On staff they are offering a salary up to £45000 depending on your experience while they are offering c. £35 per hour on a freelance basis through a limited company. The roles IR35 status is still being assessed and we expect to have confirmation of that soonwhile it is expected that there will be at least six months duration.
Hybrid working is available, but you will be needed in the Leeds office for at least three days a week due to the complexity of the scheme and the level of coordination required.
