An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Lead to support the Greater Manchester system take forward a number of key workforce transformation projects for mental health, learning disability and autism services. This unique role has been created to enhance our mental health workforce system programme arrangements and to support the implementation of the NHS Long Term Plan for Mental Health.
Working as part of our Greater Manchester Provider Collaborative on behalf of the system the post holder will work alongside system partners to facilitate, co-ordinate and co-produce workforce projects within a system programme governance framework. You will work with key system stakeholders to deliver impactful projects that support the challenge of ensuring we have a mental health workforce offer that is attractive and a clear plan to bridge current supply gaps across the system.
Main duties of the job
You will be a self-motivated and skilled Programme Lead, experienced in working with multiple stakeholders and committed to supporting the delivery of projects that will benefit the GM mental health, learning disability and autism workforce.
