Are you a Team Leader with experience motivating and engaging a team?

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team ensuring the delivery of a transaction processing service to clients. You will have a great understanding of the developments in your area enabling you to provide a 'go to’ expertise within theoverall team.

Developing your team will be both challenging and very rewarding. If you are proactive, agile and enjoy delivery high quality results on time, then this is the perfect opportunity for you

**What you will be doing**:

- Empower, develop and lead the team
- Schedule team work to required timescales and Service levels
- Lead the planning implementation in order to ensure the availability of required staff members
- Ensure that agreed processes, standards, timescales and quality requirements are adhered to
- Identify and lead improvements within own area
- Update and maintain data base, systems and documentation
- Comply with regulatory requirements
- Collect and provide statistical data and reports as the need arises

**What you’ll bring**:

- Able to lead small teams
- Expert understanding of relevant systems / ERP
- Highly developed user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Can manage a small budget (FTEs, overtime)
- Ability to set and achieve performance targets
