**We have a fantastic new opportunity within a L500 firm in Kent for a Locum Civil Litigation Solicitor to assist for 3-6 months + commencing from early-mid February.**

The Opportunity

Our client is leading L500 firm with an excellent reputation in the area and is highly regarded for across a broad spectrum of practice areas.

The firm are seeking a Locum Litigation Solicitor to assume responsibility for a mixed caseload consisting of both civil litigation and property litigation matters. The locum will assist whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis, circa 3-6 moths withpossibility of extension thereafter.

**Responsibilities**:
The locum will carry out a range of litigious matters to include:

- Trespass disputes
- Right of way disputes
- Neighbour disputes
- Experience with planning disputes would be advantageous
- Other general litigation matters

The locum will benefit from secretarial support and their own office whilst working at the firm.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive pay up to £40 per hour

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 year's PQE within Litigation
- Experience handling civil litigation and property litigation matters
- Ability to work self-sufficiently within a busy team
