**The job itself**:
At a time of growth and development of the Trust’s Operations and Compliance function, we seek to appoint an Estates and Project Supervisor to effectively manage on-site teams within the Trust Schools. We are keen to hear individuals with experience within facilities, operational, trade or maintenance roles to join our team at this exciting time.

**Core purpose of the role**:

- To work in partnership with the Head and Assistant Head of Operations & Compliance to effectively manage on-site teams within Trust Schools
- To oversee the day to day management of the site at a designated school and to provide additional support and oversight to other allocated trust schools
- Working with the Head of Operations & Compliance to ensure that work is appropriately distributed, delegated and monitored across teams to ensure an efficient and professional service to all Trust Schools in the development of new systems to ensure the Trust is compliant in all areas
