**About us**

The Cuillin Hills is a small, family run 4 star hotel situated in the heart of Portree on the Isle of Skye. The hotel is owned by the Wickman family who have successfully run the business for the past thirty years. Our staff and customers have been at the heart of this success which is why high standards of customer service and treating our staff like family are at the heart of how we operate. At the moment we have 39 bedrooms but the hotel is growing continuously. The property itself is set in 15 acres of private grounds all of which looks out to one of the most breath-taking views Scotland has to offer, across the Portree Bay overlooking the namesake of the hotel The Cuillin Hills mountain range.

Within the hotel we have two restaurants, the Brasserie and the View. Our focus is to provide guests with fresh, local, high quality food whilst dining in front of our majestic scenery. We want to ensure each guest feels special from the minute they walk in, to the minute they leave. Overall, our main priority is providing guests with a memorable experience which leaves them wanting to return. We are looking for like-minded individuals who share our common goal, who will be up to the challenge and who thrive in a busy customer focused environment where attention to detail is key.

Our front of house team is made up of individuals who are committed to delivering an exceptional level of customer service. They are responsible for providing a friendly and warm welcome to all of our guests, processing payments and serving food and drinks to patrons. New team members are required to work well as a team as well as independently, ensure that the restaurant is presentable at all times and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Experience is vital, although training will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract
Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
