**The Role**

This role is a great opportunity for a money motivated New Business Advisor, who has a sales background and has some Debt Management knowledge/experience.

You will be responsible for discussing the client debt management solutions and talking them through the different options available, ultimately signing them up to a plan.

There is potential to hit weekly and monthly bonus’s, with uncapped earning potential, top New Business Advisors have an OTE of £80,000.

**The Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough consultations with pre-qualified clients to understand their financial situations, including income, expenses, and outstanding debts.
- Analyze client financial data to identify the root causes of debt and formulate effective debt management strategies.
- Develop and present personalized debt solutions that align with clients' financial goals and capabilities.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and financial information in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to monitor progress, address concerns, and adjust debt management plans as needed until they are passed to customer service.

**The Requirements**
- Debt Management knowledge or experience, preferably at least 6 months.
- Prior sales experience, either B2B or B2C.
- A resilient and determined mentality
