Channel Account Manager

Some of your responsibilities will include: - First point of contact for a defined number of Partners - New Partner & End user Lead Management - Account Management - Partner Support - Ensuring that sales and KPI targets are achieved on monthly basis. - Competently and knowledgably advising clients on solutions and services that best fulfil their end-user requirements - Present regular webinars - Attending face to face meetings with Partner alongside External Channel Account Manager - Work with Partners / Distribution to drive and manage their activity - Manage and operate outbound lead generation campaigns - Promoting new products/sales promotions to drive sales channels via existing partners - Consistently delivering exceptional customer service at all times - Building strong long-lasting relationships and networking within the industry Knowledge and Experience required: - Experience within a Channel sales role - Energy, enthusiasm and a "can-do" attitude - Hard working, determined and tenacious - Strong commercial and negotiation skills Desirable Skills and Experience: - Experience and understanding of the IT/Telecom and Unified Communications technology sector, identify and qualify potential additional sources of revenue for all relevant products and services. Experience of working within a Channel sales & account management position
