Founded by sisters, Molly and Harriet in 2013, Secret Linen Store has a passion for finding fabulous fabrics for bedrooms, offering a wide and colourful range of bedding, curtains, accessories, nightwear and towels. Our products are comfy, stylish, designed to last and all ethically made by our factory friends in Europe.

Our team of talented bedmakers are based out of our Bedquarters in Bognor Regis (where you'll find our Warehouse and Customer Happiness Teams) and everyone else can be found in our offices just south of Chichester.

**About the Job**

We are on the hunt for a Senior e-Commerce executive to join our small team. As our digital gardener it will be your role to ensure our online store flourishes. You’ll cultivate a user-friendly, visually appealing online shopping environment to reflect our cosy and inviting branding.

**Our Senior e-Commerce Executive is responsible for**:

- Implementing of our website critical path on a daily basis. Updating promotions and price changes, changing assets or content, creating and merchandising products and creating pages.
- Analysing product performance and merchandise the website to improve conversion rate and enable us to meet our KPIs such as items per order and AOV.
- Helping us build a better website roadmap, focusing on making it more engaging and easier and for our customers to buy from us.
- Managing the relationship of outsourced SEO and ensuring that recommended actions actually happen with web developers and the wider brand marketing team.
- Supporting the management of performance marketing channels. Working with our agency to manage promotional updates and any assets that are needed.
- Reporting and supporting on affiliate marketing activity.
- Aiding in weekly and monthly reporting, supporting the head of ecommerce to analyse website performance and identify actionable insights.
- Keeping up to date with ecommerce website trends, monitor competitor online activity and keep a swipe file of ideas and inspiration.

**About You**
- At least 2 years’ experience working in ecommerce for an online retailer.
- Demonstratable experience of website UX/CRO.
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- You are a data geek, highly computer literate, confident in excel and analytics packages such as GA4.
- Experience of Shopify would be advantageous.
- Passion for e-commerce and digital trends, with a creative mindset and an eye for detail.
- Understanding of ecommerce merchandising tactics.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with a knack for storytelling.
- A team player with a collaborative spirit, ready to join a close-knit team where ideas and creativity bloom.
