Administrative Assistant

A local, family-run, growing business is looking for further administration support in our friendly office based in Hove.
What skills you will have:
- Minimum 1 Year of administration experience
- Excel and other Microsoft Applications knowledge
- Google Drive and Google Applications knowledge
- Good time-keeping and organisation skills
- Attention to detail is a must for this position, you will be managing a lot of data and will need to have the skills to ensure it is correct
- Data input experience
- Can work well with a team
- Good phone manner
The Position:
- You will work along-side an experienced team and will have full training provided.
- Both full and part-time hours are considered but must be able to work every day Monday to Friday.
- Administration support for a building, maintenance and decorating company.
- Booking visits and arranging diaries
- Answering clients questions
- There will be an element of personal assistant responsibilities to the Operations Director (booking travel, organising personal diary, etc)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: From £14,829.63 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
