**Team Leader (Labourer) - PTS**

**Field based, Kent Area**

Our Kent rail civils team is seeking a new Team Leader to help with the delivery of multiple projects across the Kent and Sussex routes.

This opportunity would suit an experienced labourer who enjoys a hands-on approach and eager to jump on board and get stuck in. **PTS (Personal Track Safety) and Leadership experience is a MUST**

You will be providing support across a range of projects at various sites across the Kent & East Anglia region/routes. Such work includes assisting with the de-cladding of railway bridge arches, preparation of materials and components, and de-vegetation works.

As Team Leader, you will need to be first point of call for grounds team and work closely with all project managers.

Are you physically fit, comfortable working at height and willing to work in all that the British weather has to offer?
- CSCS or preferably a PTS
- Holds a COSS or SSTS
- Previous experience as a Labourer or Groundsman leading and supporting everyone
- Have a good understanding of Health, Safety and Environment practices
- Self-motivated and a team player
