**Full time // 18 to 37 Hours (3 Long Shifts per week)**

**Days and Nights available**

**£10.42ph-12.03ph Paid Breaks + Sleep in Rate (£50 per sleep)**

**Bangor, Co. Down Northern Ireland**

Black Fox Solutions is working with a leading care provider who is looking for a support worker in the Bangor area. In this position, you will care for and support residents with Learning Disabilities and Autism, Mental health illnesses and other complex behaviors.

Working within a facility setting you will be responsible for leading structured care and support for residents, dealing with emergencies, and the smooth running of the facility.

**What are we looking for in you?**
- Experience in a care / supported living capacity
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Confident and compassionate communication skills
- Sensitive and supportive to people’s needs
- A minimum of 5 GCSE's to include Maths and English or equivalent
- a Level 3 qualification in Health and social care
- 1 year relevant experience in a paid or unpaid capacity
