- **Key Responsibilities**:_

Provide Exceptional Service: Create a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring every customer feels at home through friendly and attentive service.

Understand Customer Needs: Listen carefully to customers, ask the right questions, and guide them toward the best solutions for their needs.

Engage Throughout the Shopping Experience: Be readily available, from greeting customers at the door to assisting as they browse the store.

Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store always looks its best by performing general housekeeping tasks, cleaning, and updating product displays.

Engaging Personality: A positive, approachable demeanor with a natural ability to build rapport with customers.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and develop relationships with both customers and colleagues.

Sales-Driven: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,795.00-£44,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
