Do you have a passion for implementing positive change and continuous improvement? Do you have a lean background or a Yellow Belt Six Sigma certification? Are you ready to express potential?

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our CI team at our Entertainer site in Banbury on a permanent basis to help support and deliver the lean initiatives within agreed timescales and financial targets. This is a day shift role,working Monday - Friday, 08:30-17:00.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday pay (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Drive the sites Lean plan and CI initiatives by facilitating workshops and events
- Educate, coach, challenge and inspire the teams on Lean thinking and facilitate training when needed
- Drive a culture of customer focus and data-driven decision making to improve ownership of processes and operational metrics
- Drive project savings and process improvements by monitoring and measuring targets and results

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience working within either eCommerce or Retail within logistics is desired, but not essential
- Knowledge of implementing Lean tools and continuous improvement plans, LEAN six sigma would be advantageous
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to effectively drive a plan, workshop or Kaizen event
- Strong IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft
