With record sales figures, and franchising and employee engagement awards to boot, we're thriving, and as part of this growth, we'e looking for a hands-on Field Sales Representative to join our world class, Crawley Sales Team.

As our Field Sales Representative, you'll thrive on hitting the road and enjoy the challenge of driving your own Autosmart branded mobile showroom. Using our tried and tested sales model, you will build long-lasting relationships by demonstrating the quality, effectiveness, and value of our range. In this practical, field-based role, you'll become an expert in our products and their benefits, generating repeat business, and achieving your personal and professional goals.

**What we offer**:

- Starting salary of £28,000 rising to £33,000 once fully trained
- Realistic on-target earnings of £45,000+
- Permanent contract of employment
- HGV driver training
- Monday to Friday, (days), with no more than 4 weekend days per year
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

**You bring**:

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Drive and determination
- Experience in driving, sales, or a hands-on role

- Experience of demonstrating products
