We are seeking a Passenger Assistant for an immediate start to join our transport team. We operate coach holidays throughout Europe for a variety of holiday companies. This year's destinations include Switzerland, Italy and Austria. As a Passenger Assistant, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the driver (no driving required) in order to ensure passengers are comfortable and looked after during their travels.

**Duties**:

- Greet passengers and provide them with information about their travel itinerary
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from vehicles
- Help passengers with their luggage and personal belongings
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during their travels including serving drinks and snacks
- Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. No requirement for a second language although this could be an excellent opportunity for a languages student or someone who wishes to pursue a career in the travel or hospitality industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to empathise with, and help to solve, passengers' questions or problems
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work in a team with the coach driver to deliver an excellent holiday experience
- Must be reliable and punctual
- must hold a current UK/EU passport

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £80.00-£100.00 per day
