Court House is a warm and welcoming residential home for the elderly with dementia set in about an acre of mature grounds in the heart of Cullompton, Devon. It is very well-regarded by local professionals and the community and has a Good CQC rating.

We have one part-time position for a cook to join our friendly team of care and support staff. You need to have Food & Hygiene Level 2, a good understanding of nutrition for the elderly, an eye for appetising presentation, and enjoy being part of a team.

The role involves seasonal menu planning, food preparation and cooking, stock ordering and management, and maintaining cleaning regimes. This is a part-time position and hours can be discussed at interview as we are keen to get the right person for the job. Hours tends to be 8am - 2pm however there is some flexibility on the start time in the mornings which may be helpful for childcare arrangements. There will be a need for weekend working.
