THE CHOSEN CANDIDATE WILL JOIN RENEWABLES ENERGY DIVISION WITH THE OBJETIVE OF COMPLIANCE MONITORING OF OCCUPATIONAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL RISK PREVENTION ON SITE IN SOLAR EPC INDUSTRY.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Carrying out regular inspections in terms of occupational risk prevention.
- Monitoring legal compliance
- Surveillance of safety conditions on site.
- Follow-up of health and safety budget on site.
- Carrying out the corresponding POs.
- Drafting and updating of the Health and Safety Plan, Environmental Plan and Quality Plan of the work as well as the corresponding annexes.
- Monitoring of waste materials and environmental management on site.
- Processing of work center openings, subcontracting book.
- Report to the Health and Safety Coordinator, the Public Administration and the Client.
- Supervising the Coordination of Business Activities with the different subcontractors on site and collaboration and supervision of the subcontractors.
- Regular meetings with the different subcontractors to monitor legal compliance and coordinate the work.
- Conduct training and risk awareness talks.
- Carry out the investigation of accidents on site.
- Support in the follow-up of the Integrated Management System.
- Exercise as first aid and emergency team on site.

- Work Procedures and Lifting Plans.
- Issuance of Work Permits.
- Control of machinery and work equipment on site.

**ACADEMIC BACKGROUND**:
Engineering Degree or similar.

Post Graduate Training in HSEQ

NEBOSH Certificate

**COMPLEMENTARY TRAINNING**:
Knowledge in environmental management systems ISO 14001 and quality ISO 9001.

Knowledge in the construction and renewable energy sector.

Microsoft Office

English: High Level

Driving license

**EXPERIENCE**

Working experience in construction site in HSEQ roles from 3 to 5 years.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bournemouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
