We're looking for a new Communication & Engagement Executive to join our Retail Central Operations team based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will support communication strategies for the retail sector. Reporting directly to the Head of Central Operations, you will assist in weekly communications, contribute to the development of retail engagement packs, provide coordination for retail events, and support various communication channels for consistent messaging.

- Weekly Communications Support: Assist in coordinating and delivering weekly communications to retail colleagues, ensuring timely and relevant information distribution.
- Retail Engagement Packs: Contribute to the development of engaging retail engagement packs to enhance communication and alignment with organisational goals.
- Retail Events Coordination: Assist in planning and executing retail events, fostering team collaboration and reinforcing brand messaging within the retail sector.
- Channel Support: Provide support in managing communication channels to guarantee seamless information flow and accessibility for retail colleagues.
- Content Creation Assistance: Assist in creating compelling written and visual content for Retail newsletters, presentations, and reports, maintaining consistency in messaging.
- Feedback Mechanisms: Support the establishment and management of feedback mechanisms, leveraging insights to refine communication strategies for retail teams.
- Crisis Communication Support: Collaborate in the development of crisis communication plans, ensuring transparency and efficiency during critical situations.
