Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation of comprehensive cost estimates, ensuring our proposals are competitive and compelling.
- Analyze drawings, proposals, and other documentation to prepare cost estimates.
- Work closely with our sales and customer service teams to present and negotiate project cost estimates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Use excellent communication and negotiation skills to win contracts.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Assist in maintaining a comprehensive cost estimating database.
- Support other administrative and project management tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical and IT skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with estimating software is an advantage.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and capable of solving problems efficiently.
- Team player with a proven commitment to meeting deadlines.

**Salary**: £20,500.00-£25,000.00 per year

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

- surveying: 1 year (preferred)
