**Job Title: Team Member - Restaurant & Shop (Mixed Role)**

**Hours**: Zero hours

**About the Role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable **Team Member** to join our friendly team at Jarrolds Letheringsett. This is a **mixed role** working across both the **front of house** in our restaurant and within our **retail shop**, including the **deli counter** and **till operations**.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in **hospitality or retail** who is keen to broaden their skillset and enjoys working in a varied, customer-facing environment.

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Restaurant (Front of House)**

- Provide warm, attentive, and professional customer service
- Welcome and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
- Support the team in delivering a smooth and enjoyable dining experience

**Shop & Deli**

- Serve customers at the deli counter, offering guidance and product knowledge
- Operate the till confidently and accurately
- Restock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist with general shop duties, ensuring the space is tidy, organised, and inviting

**What We’re Looking For**

- Previous experience in **hospitality**, **retail**, or a customer-facing role
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering great customer service
- Flexibility to work across both the restaurant and shop as needed
