## Job Overview

# Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for staff
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, maintaining office calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed

# Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and computerised systems
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Typing proficiency to ensure accurate data entry
- Previous experience in an office environment is advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £20,829.00-£21,842.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
