You should be committed to working closely with colleagues in a team and to achieving team as well as individual targets. A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and strong communication skills are also required to advise customers on a wide range of licensing requirements.

Previous experience in a customer facing role is desirable, however motivation to learn and enthusiasm to work as part of a team and to take on responsibility is equally important.

The position will comprise a hybrid style of working with a mix of both home and office-based working. To complement colleagues in the Licensing Team, we are looking for the part-time hours to be worked **Wednesday - Friday**. The Council has recently moved to new bespoke offices closer Petersfield town centre and the railway station, which offer us greater use of technology and better commute paths for staff.
