S-Tec Group Ltd design, supply and install Solar PV systems. We work with various clients including construction companies, commercial and domestic premises. Whilst solar is our main activity we also offer EV charging, Air Source Heat Pump and electrical services.
We seek a maternity cover (until Sep 23) Administration and Customer Service Assistant to join our team based at our office near Hadleigh Country Park.
**Duties to include**:
- Answering calls and greeting visitors and delivery drivers
- Booking appointments for engineers
- Updating engineers calendars
- Updating project progress records
- Providing feedback to customer following engineer visits
- Collating engineers’ paperwork
- Processing project commencement paperwork
- Processing handover packs for completed projects
- Ad-hoc admin tasks (filing etc)
- Customer service skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail
Office hours are 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: £10.98 per hour
