**Experience Design at Time Out**
Our Experience Design Team is growing and we are tasked with researching and developing product and service
solutions that consider all the complexities of delivering business and customer value. We will bring together the
best of strategy, design, and technology development.

Key Responsibilities*
- Participate in concept sessions leveraging ethnographic research and design thinking.
- Help us to deliver a customer first, experience led product to market that solves real world problems faced by our customers.
- Leading the discovery and quantification of business value to ensure it is delivered early and often whist considering user and customer needs, maximising user understanding, usability, and market viability.
- Switch between market analysis and discovery with continuous new feature development and user testing.
- Maintain a relevant level of technical knowledge, understanding how to prioritise features within the customer
journey against technical complexity, while helping them achieve their goal through the service.
- Introduce trends and exemplars across a variety of emerging technologies.
- Balance customer frictions and needs with our clientʼs business goals, market viability, and technical feasibility
- Deliver concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, visual design comps, and prototypes with Figma/XD, Adobe CS, Miro and other tools.
- Incorporate user research and usability testing to iterate on product solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams including product managers, engineers, marketers, and senior management.
- Help to communicate the productʼs vision and articulate design decisions and trade-offs to partners and clients,
both verbally and visually.
**Skills & Experience**
- Proven analytical and problem analysis skills - able to draw meaningful conclusions from data and use to present business cases and demonstrate success through key metrics.
- Influencing skills to facilitate cross-functional working across Time Out Media and Market.
- Identifying new tools and techniques improve processes, driving speed and cost reduction in experimentation.
