Our client, a well-known company based in Chelmsford, Essex is looking to recruit an HR Administrator on a temporary basis for an initial period of 6 months. The role will be predominately home based with occasional travel (1-2 days per month) to the officein Chelmsford required.
- Reporting to the HR Manager you will join an established HR team of 10. Your role will be supporting the Human Resources department by providing administrative support to the team. You will be tasked with setting up new starters, processing reference requests,sending out employee correspondence, administering contracts and providing ad hoc administrative support.
- In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate previous experience within a Human Resources department. Expert knowledge is not required but a basic understanding of HR processes, a keen eye for detail and the ability to pick thingsof quickly are essential.
