We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Restaurant Supervisor, to work in our beautiful restaurant. Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa is certainly a unique destination in West Yorkshire with a distinctly alpine feel. The hotel is the UK's largest log cabin with 16 bedrooms, 28 log cabins and 4 lodges.

Main Duties include:

- Assisting the Operations Manager in training and developing team members, compiling rotas and communicating to the team.
- Ensuring that health and safety procedures are adhered to.
- Undertaking general waiting & service duties of food & beverages.
- Communicating & liaising with team members, kitchen & other areas of the operation
- Supervise assigned events and ensure the smooth service from the start to finish.
- Cash handling, Till management end of day cash up and reports
