We have a fabulous opportunity for an engaging, passionate & friendly multiskilled **Front-of-House Assistant** to join Vacherin working on our ‘Premier Crew Team’, helping support our 100 London-based sites.

**Locations**: London (Zone 1-3)
**Team**: Premier Crew
**Rate of pay**: £13.00 per hour
**Contract**: Full-Time, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

**Your key responsibilities as Front of House Assistant will be**:

- Supporting our sites provide front-of-house services in Hospitality & Café areas serving Barista style coffee and food service when necessary
- Taking orders while paying attention to details
- Educating customers on our drink menu, serving Barista style coffee (e.g,preferences of coffee blend, dairy, and sugar ratios)
- Multi-tasking, cleaning, and tidying work area, equipment and maintaining a presentable preparation area
- Set up meeting rooms appropriately and with the needs of each booking in mind and according to the brief received from the Manage
- Serving refreshments to clients and regularly replenishing stock to ensure this is kept at optimum levels
- Ensuring all meeting rooms are cleared and cleaned once no longer in use
- Providing a front-of-house service that exceeds expectations and a unique experience to our clients and customers

**You will have**
- Previous experience in a similar contract catering environment or high street Café retailer
- Multi-skills and excellent customer service
- Great team player
- Good communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of Catering experience
