**Multi Skilled Carpenter - Paddington - £40,000**

An exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a rapidly growing maintenance company based in Central London.

As a Multi Skilled Carpenter you will be covering various commercial and domestic sites in central London by foot or van (driving license dependant).

**Package**:

- £40,000 base salary (DOE)

**Responsibilities**:

- General Maintenance Duties
- General Carpentry
- General Plumbing
- Repairs to furniture
- Minor Decorating/Painting
- Installation of shelves
- Installation of window restrictors
- Procurement of materials and equipment to carry out works.
- Completion of work sheets via our mobile app

**Must have**:

- Expertise in multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
- A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible as overtime & OOH works may be required depending on client or job requirements.
- Previous experience in maintenance and building environments, ideally within commercial or residential sector

The ideal Multi Trader will have a City & Guilds qualification in their relevant trade.
